If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please email us at email@example.com with the order number along with a description of the issue. Please allow 48 hours from when you send your email for a response from our Customer Service Team. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to return the item(s).
All orders of sale items are final.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your item(s) will NOT be eligible for return if it is:
- In used condition
- A free item purchased as part of a promotion
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you via email on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your account.
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, we're sorry! We will send a replacement, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and condition.
If the reason is due to our error, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, you will not be charged to ship the new item(s).
We are unable to make changes or cancel your Atsuko order once it has been placed. However, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
