My Hero Academia Anime Celebrates 100 Episodes!

There are a lot of reasons to celebrate My Hero Academia this year, from the upcoming movie to the TV anime's 100th episode milestone. That big moment officially arrives this Saturday, June 12, when episode 100 hits Japanese TV and streaming services around the world.

The staff behind the My Hero Academia anime are getting the party started a couple days early with a new commemorative visual. This one shows Izuku "Deku" Midoriya literally strolling down memory lane with the Episode 100 achievement displayed proudly behind him.

My Hero Academia is currently in the middle of its fifth season, which is streaming on Crunchyroll and Funimation alongside the Japanese broadcast. As for the movie, My Hero Academia THE MOVIE: World Heroes Mission is due out in Japanese theaters on August 6.
