My Hero Academia Anime Throws Down in Season 5 Key Visual
This year has already been off to an exciting start with a bunch of high-quality anime filling out the Winter 2021 season, so it's hard to believe the Spring season is looking even beefier. One of the most anticipated returns of the year is My Hero Academia, which kicks off a new superheroic leg of Kohei Horikoshi's saga when season five premieres on March 27.
While we patiently wait for the Class 1-A and Class 1-B showdown, both sets of students are on full display in a new key visual. Check it out below to see what anime character designer Yoshihiko Umakoshi whipped up for the occasion.
Kohei Horikoshi's My Hero Academia manga has been running in the pages of Weekly Shonen Jump since 2014, and as of this January there are 29 collected volumes in total. Look for the series to continue streaming via multiple outlets when season five debuts.
