Debuting way back in 1999 in the pages of Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, the Prince of Tennis has gone on to become one of the biggest anime-manga franchises ever. And while the series, created by Takeshi Konomi, may not have made the international splash that some anime enjoy, Prince of Tennis remains beloved in its home nation of Japan.
Now, an all-new 3D CGI film entitled Ryoma! Rebirth: The Prince of Tennis Movie is set for theatrical release on September 3rd. What's cool about the new film is that audiences will be able to watch two different versions of it. "Decide" and "Glory" are different edits of the story, focusing on different characters, and ticket buyers get to choose which one they'd like to see.
Here's the new 60-second preview for Ryoma! Rebirth: The Prince of Tennis Movie along with the poster art!
