Got the bag as a gift for Christmas and I’ve been using it pretty much everyday since, about 6 months. It’s a good quality bag, don’t expect it to carry a crazy amount of things but it’ll hold your average everyday carry items very well, it can hold a full size laptop but the zipper doesn’t close, it only was an issue once when it was raining and the laptop was exposed, but not too much of an issue. A couple parts of the fabric has come undone on the strap but it’s to be expected after everyday use. I’m sure you could stitch it up if you are inclined to do so. The only part I don’t like is the “water bottle holders” on the sides are way too small to hold anything, not even functional for carrying water, I just put some bandaids in the pockets.. But overall I love it, it holds just the right amount of items for my needs, and it is super comforting to wear.
