Fruits Basket the Final Anime to End Each Episode with Illustrations by Creator
The Fruits Basket the Final anime aims to close out the new and improved adaptation of Natsuki Takaya's fan-favorite manga when it kicks off on April 5. Ahead of that, the recent AnimeJapan 2021 panel revealed that each episode of the series will end with a special credits illustration by Takaya, starting with a drawing of protagonist Tohru Honda.
Some of the other characters that will be featured include Yuki, Kyo, and Akito Sohma, and Tohru's school friends will also be making an appearance in the art. Folks in Japan will get to see these illustrations on display in person at Fruits Basket publisher Hakusensha's Cheer fancle café, which is the official café of the series.
