Higurashi: When They Cry is a name familiar to fans of visual novels. First animated in 2006, and then spun-out into many sequels and side-stories, Higurashi: When They Cry – GOU brought the franchise back to anime with a new TV series in 2020.
The second season is called Higurashi: When They Cry – SOTSU, and Funimation will begin streaming it this July. And while that has previously been announced, a spooky and mysterious new trailer for SOTSU has just been released. Watch below!
