I hit a little snag with my order they had sent me the wrong size contacted them right away & sent me a replacement to the one I actually ordered which was pretty quickly resolved pretty good customer service I was happy about that. The item itself is exactly as pictured & the printing of the image is very clear nicely done (bought as a gift too)
