I am around 5'5" and about 125 lb ordered a M and it fits perfectly over my hoodie. I am sure I could order a Small for a tighter fit if I dont wear a hoodie underneath but the length of the M is perfect for me. Looks and feels Amazing

This is a beautiful jacket, very comfortable, slightly more room in each size which is perfect in case you put on a sweater underneath. I love the feel, it is so visually appealing that every time I wear it I always get a compliment on it! I got a M and I’m 5’4 200lbs it was perfect not tight at all! Buy one for yourself !
